ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to deliver all your orders. We ship orders on your chosen dispatch date during checkout. All of our online sales are baked and packaged on the same day we ship, to allow for maximum freshness. Royal Mail aims to get all of our orders delivered the next working day, however some areas can require 1-2 days for Royal Mail to deliver.

HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR DELIVERY?
While we aim for your order to reach you in perfect condition we do understand that sometimes things can happen.
When you receive your delivery, please inspect the box for any signs of damage. If you find that your cookies have not arrived to you in perfect condition take some photographs for us and email them over to us within 24 hours of your delivery, and we will endeavour to correct the issue as soon as possible.
